Location: The building is located in the notorious tourist destination in Boston, Salem Street, North End.
Project: The project consists of 9 residential units and a restaurant space on the ground floor.
Residential Units: The units include 4 single bedroom/studios, 2 two bedrooms plus a study, and finally 3 duplexes that are two to three bedrooms. There are 3 Penthouse duplexes located on the 4th and 5th floor with their private balconies and private roof deck spaces. The three private roof decks each come with a built-in grill station with sink, cooler, and grill.
Amenities: The building also features a common terrace of green space in the back of the building.
To promote alternative transportation, each unit comes with a road bike attached to the indoor and secured bike storage area.

The design takes full advantage of the site's location for maximum sunlight exposure. Utilizing the open space for ample sunlight, the design team created a soothing green terrace. The utility bill will also be minimal with the energy saving systems like Nest, tankless hot water system, and LED lighting.
The building will be professionally managed by Rafi Properties' own web Application. Aside from streamlining maintenance issues, the residents can pay all of their utilities anywhere, anytime. The application also connects residents to hire local service providers for dry cleaning, laundry, house cleaning, dog walking, day care, etc.
